EMPLOYEE WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Programs are facilitated in a group setting, with the exception of two private sessions. The private one-on-one sessions are intended for personal instruction. During the private session, the student will learn the DASA Meditation Method. A second private session follows - this session is designed to check that the student is using the proper technique, allowing time for questions as well. Finally, the program resumes back to the group model until the program concludes.
